Return & Refund Policy

1. Defective, Misprinted, or Damaged Items

Please email us at jess@dropcreativeshop.com within 30 days of receipt to start a claim for issues with your order.

  • Photos are needed to verify defects or misprints.

Once photos are received, we will work with the customer to determine a return, refund or issue a new item.

2. Lost or Returned Shipments

Please email us at jess@dropcreativeshop.com within 30 days of receipt to start a claim for issues with your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We will hold it for 30 days
  • You can choose redelivery at your expense or receive a refund.

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the customer to find the best solution.

3. Policy on “Buyer's Remorse” & Size Exchanges

Our products are made on demand, so we do not accept returns or issue refunds for changed minds or incorrect sizing.

4. Refund/Replacement Processing Time

Refunds and replacements are processed within 10 business days upon approval.
